The 12th International Conference on Hydraulic and Civil Engineering & Geomechanics and Numerical Simulation (ICHCE & GNS 2026) will be hosted by Xi'an University of Architecture & Technology，Shaan Xi Society for Mechanics and Engineering. The conference will focus on cutting-edge theories and key technologies in engineering fields such as water conservancy, civil engineering, transportation, and energy under the background of digital intelligence.It will provide an academic platform for domestic and foreign experts, scholars, engineers, and teachers and students to share scientific research achievements, explore cutting-edge engineering issues, and discuss opportunities and challenges.The conference will promote international and domestic cooperation and exchange, and promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements.

Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, the accepted papers, will be published and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 6 pages.
