第十一届水利、土木工程国际学术会议暨工程安全与智能化论坛(ICHCE&ESI 2025)顺利落幕

Conference Review of The11th International Conference on Hydraulic and Civil Engineering & Forum on Engineering Safety and Intelligentization                                                 
 2025年6月13-15日,第十一届水利、土木工程国际学术会议暨工程安全与智能化论坛在河海大学开幕。本次会议围绕“工程安全与智能化”主题,重点研讨数智背景下水利、土木、交通和能源等工程领域的前沿理论和关键技术。会议开幕式由江苏省振动工程学会副理事长、组委会主席、河海大学张燎军教授主持。

大会现场大咖云集。中国工程院院士张宗亮,中国工程院院士胡亚安,中国工程院院士殷跃平,中国工程院外籍院士、澳大利亚技术科学与工程院院士郝洪,中国水利学会副理事长兼秘书长段虹,江苏省科学技术协会副主席夏军、河海大学校长郑金海等参加此次会议。此次会议是河海大学建校110周年系列活动之一。

From June 13 to 15, 2025, the 11th International Conference on Hydraulic and Civil Engineering & Forum on Engineering Safety and Intelligentization kicked off at Hohai University. Centering on the theme ofEngineering Safety and Intelligentization, the conference focused on discussing cutting-edge theories and key technologies in hydraulic, civil, transportation, energy and other engineering fields amid the digital and intelligent transformation.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Prof. Liaojun Zhang, Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Vibration Engineering Society, Chair of the Organizing Committee and faculty of Hohai University. The conference gathered numerous distinguished experts. Attendees included Academician Zongliang Zhang, Academician Ya'an Hu and Academician Yueping Yin of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Academician Hong Hao of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering; Hong Duan, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society; Jun Xia, Vice President of Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology; and Jinhai Zheng, President of Hohai University. This conference is one of the key events celebrating the 110th anniversary of the founding of Hohai University.

大会主席、中国工程院院士、中国电力建设集团首席科学家张宗亮表示,此次会议汇聚了清华大学等高等学府,南京水利科学研究院等科研院所,中国长江三峡集团等央企龙头,形成了“高校—科研院所—龙头企业”三位一体的合作模式,充分展现了产学研协同创新的蓬勃生机。

Academician Zongliang Zhang, The Conference Chair, Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chief Scientist of PowerChina, stated that the conference brought together prestigious universities including Tsinghua University, research institutes such as Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, and leading central enterprises represented by China Three Gorges Corporation. It has formed an integrated cooperation model ofuniversities, research institutes and leading enterprises, fully demonstrating the vigorous vitality of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.

河海大学校长郑金海在致辞中介绍,近年来,河海大学聚焦“工程安全与智能化”核心领域,形成我国水利领域唯一的“国家重点实验室+国家工程研究中心+国际联合实验室”一体化创新国家级平台。本次论坛探讨数字孪生、智能建造和监测、韧性城市等前沿议题,专家学者智慧碰撞,将推动工程安全从“经验驱动”向“智能引领”跨越,为保障水安全、推动新质生产力发展贡献力量,为全球基础设施安全治理贡献中国方案。

Prof. Jinhai Zheng, President of Hohai University, noted in his address that in recent years, the university has focused on the core field ofEngineering Safety and Intelligentization, and built China's only integrated national innovation platform in the water conservancy sector combiningState Key Laboratory, National Engineering Research Center and International Joint Laboratory.
This forum discusses cutting-edge topics including digital twin, intelligent construction and monitoring, as well as resilient cities. The in-depth academic exchanges among experts and scholars will drive the transformation of engineering safety management from experience-driven mode to intelligence-led mode. It will help safeguard water security, boost the development of new productive forces, and offer Chinese solutions for global infrastructure safety governance.

当天,中国工程院院士、中国地质环境监测院首席科学家殷跃平等十余位专家学者分别就“复杂山区巨型水库长期地质安全研究”等内容进行主题报告。6月15日,大会分设水利工程、土木工程、综合学科三个分会场,60余场研究报告以及海报展示同步开展,与会学者将交流与分享最新研究成果,为解决实际工程问题提供新思路、新方法。

On the same day, more than ten experts and scholars including Academician Yueping Yin of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chief Scientist of China Institute of Geo-Environment Monitoring delivered keynote speeches, covering topics such as long-term geological safety research on giant reservoirs in complex mountainous areas.
On June 15, three parallel sessions were held respectively for hydraulic engineering, civil engineering and interdisciplinary disciplines. Over 60 academic presentations and poster exhibitions were launched simultaneously. Participants exchanged and shared the latest research findings, putting forward new ideas and methods to tackle practical engineering problems.
